Return Policy

Koulture Boutique devotes 7 days from your delivery date to return unworn and unused items for a store gift card. If the item is not in its original condition a store gift card will not be issued.

Customer is responsible for ensuring item is delivered back to Koulture Boutique in original condition.

Refunds are not available

All lingerie, swimsuit, bodysuit, accessory and undergarment sales are final and may not be returned for any reason, no exceptions.
